POLAND RUGBY FESTIVAL- the spirit of rugby!
All services are delivered as part of a fully managed festival event,
designed to combine sport, entertainment and community experience.
Poland Rugby Festival is an international sports and lifestyle event combining high-level rugby competition with a vibrant festival atmosphere. In 2026, the festival expands its formula to include a dedicated congress and discussion program, creating space for knowledge exchange, industry talks, and networking within the sports and events ecosystem.
What’s new in 2026?
New location: Myslowice, Poland. The games will be organised at Myslowice, whereas the social evening agenda will be hosted in Krakow. Full pitch return transfers are provided.
Full event production & logistics delivered by the organiser – from infrastructure and scheduling to accommodation, transfers and on-site coordination.

Who is welcome?
Senior and veteran rugby male and female teams are welcome, as well as individual players (yes- you can come on your own, or with a couple of lads and join the pool of free players).
Match Length – 7 minutes each half men / 10 minutes each half women
No. Of Players – 10 a side male, 7 a side female
Group Stage – each team plays each other once with the games taking place on the first day and the morning of the second day.
Second Round – At the completion of the group stage, teams will take part in a further two playoff matches to determine their final placing.
Poland Rugby Festival is first and foremost about rugby, teams and great fun.
The additional talks and activities are optional and take place during the day — the festival spirit stays exactly the same.

Poland Rugby Festival 2026 takes place on 12-14 June 2026.
You’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer — we’ll help organise extra nights, activities and transfers.
The 2026 edition is fully organised and produced by Grupa Funtime, delivering complete event services including logistics, accommodation, transport, catering coordination, entertainment, live streaming and programme management.
Rugby matches will take place in Myslowice, with festival activities and social events running throughout the weekend.
Friday 12/06/2026
On the first night, we kick things off at one of Krakow’s iconic pubs with an informal welcome and team introductions.
This is followed by a guided bar crawl through some of the city’s most interesting party venues.
Each group is accompanied by English-speaking festival reps, so the evening can be personalised and run smoothly.
It’s the perfect way to break the ice, meet other teams and set the tone for the full festival weekend.
Get in the door, grab a drink and prepare for what’s next.
Saturday 13/06/2026
Saturday is the main festival day and all about rugby, atmosphere and shared experience.
Teams are collected in Krakow city centre and transported by shuttle buses to the pitch in Myslowice.
Registration opens at 10:00, with the first matches kicking off at 11:00 and games running until approximately 18:30.
Throughout the day, teams compete in a relaxed but competitive tournament format,
with food available on site and beer served from 11:00 until 18:00.
Breakfast is provided before the games, and lunch is served from around 13:00.
Alongside the matches, the daytime programme also includes informal rugby talks,
guest discussions and media activities, taking place around the venue and fully optional for teams.
After a full day of rugby and pitch-side entertainment, the festival atmosphere continues into the evening,
with social events, food and drinks bringing teams together to celebrate the day on and off the field.
Saturday 13/06/2026
After the first day of rugby and pitch-side entertainment, teams head back to their accommodation to get changed before heading out into the city.
Saturday night is all about enjoying Krakow’s nightlife at your own pace.

Whether you go big or take it easy, the evening is yours to enjoy.
Sunday 14/06/2026
Sunday is the final day of the festival, combining rugby, celebration and a proper send-off.
Matches start at 12:00 and run until around 18:00, with breaks for party games,
food and drinks available throughout the day.
After the final matches and trophy presentations,
teams can enjoy one last pitch-side celebration before the festival officially comes to a close.
The weekend ends with the official festival Gala Dinner,
held at a selected restaurant and organised as part of the event programme.
Great food, drinks and classic rugby songs provide the perfect ending to an unforgettable weekend.
Life is a series of hellos and goodbyes — and unfortunately, it’s time to say goodbye… until next year.
